🏀 Practice & Game Schedules 🏀
NJ Dominators Basketball Club runs year-round training and competition, broken into Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Players are grouped by age and skill level, and schedules may vary slightly by team. All practices and games are held locally in Monmouth County, and players are expected to attend consistently to support team development and accountability.

The Hesse Center | 55 South Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ
Practices are structured, intense, and focused on growth. Gym time is paid for hourly and the total cost is divided evenly among players for each season, regardless of attendance.
Practices are held twice a week during active seasons:
Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Fridays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Older teams may occasionally be offered bonus 6:00 AM sessions, depending on availability and commitment. Players can attend practices even if they choose not to play in games. This is a great option for those preparing for school tryouts or returning from injury.

The Fort at Monmouth | 114 Saltzman Ave, Oceanport, NJ
All games are played locally at The Fort, giving families a reliable and consistent location without the need for travel leagues. Each team plays in all three active seasons:
Fall Season: November 1 – December 31
Winter Season: January 1 – March 15
Spring Season: April 1 – June 15 (or Father’s Day weekend)
Game schedules will be posted and updated here by team/age group prior to each season's start.
